Landhus For 6 personer With Private Pool And Air Condition
This holiday home (170m2) is located on the outskirts of Durcal. The luxury villa is fully equipped for 6 quests. It has a large private pool (7,5×4,5m) and a big sunterrace with views towards the Sierra Nevada mountains and the olive yards. Granada city can be reached with 20 min.
Basement: large play area with table tennis and American pool table (against payment), washing machine, garage.
Ground floor: kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave, door opening to the pool area, living/dining room with satellite Tv (English & Spanish), Dvd and Cd player, double soveværelse with en suite badeværelse with shower, twin room, double soveværelse, badeværelse with bath/shower, pool, pool furniture, outside Bbq, central heating, fans and airconditioning in each soveværelse. The airconditioning can be used on request and against payment! There are fans to that can be used for free. All the rooms can be used during your renting period. There is a keyperson who will give the key and can help you if there are problems.
The house is located nearby Durcal with shops, bars, restaurants. The Alhambra in Granada can be reached within 15 minutes. The sandy beaches at the Costa Tropical within 25 min.

A very beautiful house with an amazing view over the picturesque Andalusian mountains. The house was a lot bigger than I realised, which was a nice surprise. Ingrid was very quick with any messages and queries I had for her. A+
